Sapna Malhotra, a distinguished professional and an embodiment of perseverance and dedication, recently made headlines by clinching the coveted HM Mrs. India Worldwide 2024 – Mrs. Luxembourg title. Graduating with distinction from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata with a degree in English Honours, Sapna further honed her skills by obtaining a postgraduate degree in Public Relations and an esteemed MBA in Marketing from the prestigious Nanyang Business School in Singapore, earning the Dean’s honor.
Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications for Europe at a leading global conglomerate in the steel and mining sector, Sapna has been a resident of Luxembourg since 2007, where she resides with her husband. In her own words, Sapna believes in the power of dreaming big and relentless pursuit of those dreams. Her decision to participate in the pageant was a testament to this belief. Over a rigorous six-month period, contestants underwent various assessments including social media challenges, introductory presentations, runway walks, and tests of leadership and teamwork. The culmination of this journey took place at the grand finale in Dubai in May 2024.
Outshining over 50,000 applicants and 110 finalists, Sapna emerged as the proud winner of the Mrs. India Worldwide 2024 – Mrs. Luxembourg crown, etching her name in history as the first-ever Indian woman to achieve this feat.
Reflecting on her remarkable journey, Sapna attributes her success to her holistic approach to life, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a balance between physical and mental well-being. Her ability to exude confidence, wit, charm, poise, and intellect during the final question and answer segment undoubtedly played a pivotal role in securing her victory.
Sapna’s triumph serves as an inspiration to aspiring individuals worldwide, underscoring the significance of perseverance, self-belief, and unwavering determination in the pursuit of one’s dreams. A proud moment for Indians living in Luxembourg.
